The Cyber COPE® Insurance Certification(CCIC) program provides Chubb brokers and agents with an understanding of industry best practices in cyber security risk management, governance, and operations. In this program, students will learn what high-performing advisors need to know in order to thrive in their roles, including how to interact with executive leadership of potential customers, provide analysis and support in effective cyber risk management, and build and maintain strong relationships with prospective cyber risk insurance clients.

This 8-month program, created by subject area experts at Chubb and Heinz College, imparts applicable training, including topical discussions on current cybersecurity risk challenges and mitigation practices. Major topics covered in the program are:

• Cybersecurity foundations
• Cyber risk and resilience management
• Effective incident response
• Cyber law and regulation
• Developing custom insurance solutions

The U.S. Army Data Driven Leadership Certificate Programprovides instruction in data science, decision making, emerging technology, and data privacy and security to teach Army leaders how to use data to support the mission of the branch. Starting with the foundations of data management on through to artificial intelligence and data security, this 10-module program gives Army leadership everything it needs to develop a strong, data-driven organization.Participants will share their experiences and discuss how they will apply the methods, tools and techniques taught during the program to their current roles and responsibilities.

The Effective AI Oversight for Directors Certificate Program enables corporate directors to govern strategically as AI reshapes business models, competitive dynamics, and risk environments. Created by NACD in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College Executive Education program, the 10-module asynchronous program demystifies data and AI, giving directors the tools to guide enterprise strategy and strengthen stakeholder trust.

Participants explore responsible AI, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation through frameworks grounded in CMU expertise. By the end, directors are prepared to balance innovation with responsibility and oversee AI-driven transformation with informed judgment.

MSIT is a part-time, distance learning program that is ideal for current IT professionals seeking to add business acumen, management, and targeted problem-solving skills to their portfolios. MSIT can also be a great fit for professionals from less technical areas, such as finance and health care, who wish to pivot toward technology-intensive roles and improve their analytical skills.

All admitted MSIT students will have at least three years of relevant professional experience. However, many incoming students have eight or more years.
